It has decreased substantially. However, you can’t always see this. Bet never the less, left untreated your roof deteriorates at a rapid rate. Now fast forward a bit and it begins to leak. So naturally you call your insurance carrier to make a claim. However, you find out that you actually did have damage but you only had a certain amount of time (depending on which insurance carrier you have) to make a claim and now that time has passed so you are no longer covered. So many home owners say as their roof if leaking.....
